how to grease bushings

hey i need help please. My bushings squeak since lowering the car how do i do it and what do i use? Its very loud like a block away loud lol I want to fix it asap thanks

which bushings? control arm bushings? are u using polyurethane bushings? are they graphite impregnated? we needs moar info.
