Red face How do you black out headlights?

I just got an 07' Civic...I'd like to black out my headlights. How do I do it? Please help!

should be some guides at 8thcivic.com but basically bumper and headlights come off, then heat them in the oven to pull the two pieces apart, then the chrome part inside is painted. but i think 06-09 headlights are already blacked out?? do you mean the whole lens? they sell tint films that you put on the outside. but you reduce light output at night. headlightarmor.com has some but i would get the lightest smoke they have.
