head light questions

head light questions

i have a 98 civic hx and was wondering how to get them out so i can put in a black housing in them, any tips for me or things to watch for? if there are any links please put them on or if u have pics that works too thanks!

just take the bumper off, its mostly screws and clips, then there are usually 4 bolts holding the light housing.

the clips will prob be hard to get out due to the dirt in them. spray them with some PB BLASTER (stuff that loosen bolts PB blaster is just an example) and let it sit, then take em out.
