It takes about 30-45 min. including jacking the car up. The header bolt on the far right is tricky. do not take out the alternator ground thinking it would make the bolt easier to come out.

Of course ?? Not only do you have a garage, you also have your own lift ? Damn. Tell me, it's probably very tempting to spend evenings there instead off in front off the TV.

Is the 4-1 w/high-flow cat or just the top section? How's the performance?

Yes it is very tempting, but hard to get time in my garage because my dad is always doing things to his 2002 Prowler. But anyway, it cost me around 260-275 i cant remember exactly. And I have a 2001 Ex Automatic. I believe u have to mod a mount if u have a 5speed. next, the only difficulty was the far right bolt. be patient and careful with that one. And it is the 4-1 Hp header with High flow cat attached are pics.

Yes, this is the first piece of equipment that is actually noticiable in gains. Real nice quality I also have the Hp full cat back. with the 2 , my car is real deep and low. If you have a automatic this is the way to go. well worth the money.

Nice car dude, but clear those lights! Is that header stainless steel or chrome? Looks chrome to me.... Oh and did anybody else notice how the Ex auto and Lx/Dx auto AEM short rams are different the way the tube bends? The Lx/Dx tube bends like crazy. His (Ex) is nice and smooth like my old Injen SRI.
