Motor Swap

Its time for the d16y7 in my 99 cw hb to go. I have a b18c/obd1 set for the car. The engine side harness is ok but I am unsure about the harness that goes from the ecu through the firewall to the engine. Will the original wiring between the ecu/engine work? Help please.
