i got a 1998 civic and im having problems with the o2 sensors

Angry i got a 1998 civic and im having problems with the o2 sensors

i have been having the problem for a few months when im running high rpms and put my car under a load for example going up a slight grade it will throw a code(po141) and shut me down its got headers exhaust and no cat on it if anyone knows how to fix this problem let me know because its hard on my fuel mileage thanx

put a cat back on it problem solved. thats what o2 sens r 4
