my light bulbs are good and the fuses are good. the dim/parking lights and blinkers work and the headlights will not beam at all and when u turn the high beams on only the passenger side light works....nobody knows what to do....can anybody help?

check if your relay is clicking under the hood when you turn your lights on and off

If they are aftermarket I want you to check for grounding. My bet is some sort of lose connection.

yup its always a grounding issue in most case. there was a recall for 01-02 civics where a wire in the switch would burn and cause lo beam not to work.
