How do I take off my steering wheel? Start with the two shiny hex bolts on either side? I need to take off my wiper control arm and switch it with the 2k2 Si Coupe for INT. or can i take the arm off w/o taking off my steering wheel?

I really like that feature, it either rans to hard or too little

Once you remove the two hex screws, the centerpiece of the steering wheel will come off with airbag assembly. You will need to unclip the wiring bracket. Once you have this off, there is a giant sized bolt that holds the wheel itself on. This takes a lot of elbow grease to get off. Take a look at Hondaautomtiveparts.com under STEERING WHEEL (SRS) for "somewhat of a diagram." It will give you a general idea of how the steering wheel is assembled...

I have no clue about replacing the "wiper control arm," however...
