[ Differential ]

In the 7th generation civics, is the differential the same as the RSX? I wonder, because our engines rotate in opposite directions they may be different. I wonder if we can use the old 2000 and below civic Quaife LSD's in our cars? Otherwise we will have to wait until Quaife releases one for the RSX, which will come out later in the 4th quarter of this year....

I already believe that the RSX-Type S has a diff out for it, I saw it on a webpage, the ad for it is in the new edition of SCC.

I also don't think that we can have any parts between the RSX and ours compatable, but I could be wrong, anybody else know for sure?

i don't think it'll fit, but more importantly, why would you want a differential on a car with a power to weight ratio of ~1 to 20? jus seems like a waste of money on an n/a civic ex and below, IMO a nice set of 205/50's and some better shocks would be much more beneficial

oh and nah the Quaife is an awesome LSD, the only pseudo-LSD out there is the phantom grip, which is just complete bull$hit

The reason being, is that I currently autocross, and i have full-coilovers with S-03 Pole position 215's.

When I put the car up to hard cornering the outside tire always spins. Which means that I need to either slow-down, (which obviously is not going to help), or upgrade my differential.
