hello there every1!!! i have had look in all the threads and cant find the answer i need so can any1 help?? i have just got a b16a2 for my 95 coupe it includes everthin apart from the ecu! well as u all prob know the b16a2 produces 158hp and in japn i have found a SiR ecu for the same motor! but as the SiR produces 168hp will that ecu work in my b16?? im sure it will as it should only let the redline raise by a coulpe 100 rpm but i just wanted to make sure!! i sorry if i have confused any1 lol! but any help or advice would be really great. thanks!

ok well i know for a fact people put japanese ecus in us engines and they work fine. Sometimes you even gain hp out of the deal. I'd say everything is fine. I know my one frend has a b16 in his car and he has a japanese ecu and it works fine. I wouldn't worry about horsepower i'd worry about engine codes. If the engines match then you're fine
