99 heater blower problems etc

99 heater blower problems etc
Hi All,
hope this is the proper place to post.
ANyways,
all the lights on the console work. The blower, heater, rear defroster and recirculator (?) switch do not. So I'm thinking it is a connnector or something.
Replaced the computer chip under hood ($49.oo at dealership). Checked all the fuses under hood and dash.
It feels as though heat from engine is reaching the back of the heater box, but...
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I feel as though I am wasting mytime and $ trying to fix this problem.
