Successfully installed new timing belt.
Well, after like 20 hours or so of work --is that a record for slowest?-- I installed the new belt/drive belts, water pump, and timing belt tensioner. I also had to replace the A/C compressor mount because the left upper engine mount loosened somehow putting strain on the left forward rubber, making the whole engine/tranny setup wobbly. Retorqued the engine mount to 54 lbs ft and it's very stable now.
Unfortunately I returned the 2 camshaft seals; I didn't feel like taking off the pully. Hopefully that won't be an issue down the road. Regardless, the car feels like new--just really peppy.

Re: Successfully installed new timing belt.
For the 96-00, the service schedule in the official shop manual says to change it at 105,000. I changed mine at 104,800. In the hanes manual, it says 90,000, but I think that's bullshit. 15,000 miles is like a year or a year-and-a-half of driving, so I wouldn't recommend changing it under 100,000.
The total cost of the parts (including oil seals for the camshaft which I ended up taking back to honda) was like $207 at majestic honda. That does not include the 50mm wrench which you can get at amazon for 25 dollars + free shipping. Exact same as Honda wrench. Type in Honda crank pulley tool. Also, I stripped the original pulley bolt too much, so I decided to buy another one which costed 15$.(!)
I had to buy additional tools too, like a 24" breaker bar at autozone and a couple torque wrenches, and a 17mm socket for the pulley. (later models use 19mm) A more honest guess would be under $300 somewhere if you don't have tools. With tools it's like 250.
