How to replace the distributor rotor?
How do you remove the distributor rotor set screw on a 2000 Honda Civic DX four cylinder not VTEC with the plastic cover under the rotor blocking access?

I think my 90 Civic was the same way. I would just crank the engine to get it to turn until it would be pointing up. Probably not the best way, but she went over 300k miles so it couldn't have screwed her up too bad.
