There is a kit that lets you install blue LED courtesy lights under the dashboard and inside the alcove below the A/C controls. However, in the instructions it seems your car needs to be equipped with a driver's-side under-dash cover.

Where can i get one? (under-dash cover)

You already have one. Its that big plastic panel the covers the wiring from the steering column.

The text that is above it reads:
"If equipped, remove the driver's dashboard undercover..."

I can only assume that my vehicle is one of the ones that isn't equipped with this particular panel because, as you can see in the picture below, there isn't one.
