Auto to manual conversion finished.

So i took my car out of the bodyshop right before paint so i could do my 5spd swap and not mess up the new paint. anyway heres sum pictures and 2 little video clips there not the best quality there from my cell phone ill get new pics and vids up once my car is out of paint. enjoy

ha i made it i had it laying around and thats the only color spray paint i had..

i didnt see the point in buying one if im eventually gonna go turbo.

took like 10 hours to complete i just need to find a manual trans speed sensor so i know how fast im going haha

me and my dad did it.

i forget how much in the end i bought alot of stuff off 7thgen and the only brand new stuff i got from honda was pedasl lines center console insert sum brackets and changewire stay.

i got trans subframe mounts shifter flywheel slave cylinder and other odds and ends off here and i got an exedy clutch brand new off ebay for 100 bucks

i got them for 200 with core exchange

you give them your old ones they give you 2 new ones for 200

otherwise its 350 they basically buy your old axles for 75 each and you get new ones for 99 each

i think it costed me around 1600 parts were pretty hard to come by thats why idk how a place could only do it for 1500 including parts an labor it doesnt make sense because the parts themselves cost more then that

nice

suja1 motoring can do it for $1500, they did EM2 for 1700 (new clutch/flywheel) though. they quoted for 2 days $1500 (labor included all parts they get) and ima just use the old clutch etc and upgrade it when i boost.

and yes they are a very very good and reputable shop in IL and when they quote you for a price it doesnt change their that awesome and know what their doing.

Assuming he did his the same way i did mine... there was a guy that made stickers that would just cover the black outline of the H. Sorry i can't refer you to him cause that was about 3 years ago when i got a blue outline
