rsx muffler

hay whats up guys i gust got a rsx type-s stock catback for free and i have 2.25 from header back so any why my ? is how hard is it to just but the rsx muffler on i have searched and searched but no real aswer and i am going to try to do it my self t/m at work thanks any help from u guys will be nice

youll need to cut off the muffler and weld it on the piping you have. if you can weld then its easy if not then take it to a local muffler shop and have them do it. it should be more than like $30-50 at most. it should only take them about 20 minutes to do it max

u r the fing man ya my buddy at work is going to weld it for me so all i ahve to do is extend the hangers and weld the pipe that seems easy

i have the axleback from the rsx. mine just bolts directly to my mid pipe. the hangers fit fine the way they are, but you'll notice that the tip of the exhaust ends about 4'' short of the bumper. you'll need to get the tip extended.

that is why its easier to cut off the muffler and re weld it to the piping you have

ok i got it done is was real easy but idk how to post a sound clip or what would i even take a sound clip with sorry guys but it sounds good compared to 2.25 strate pipe no cat no nuthing
