Narrowband signal to ECU

Narrowband signal to ECU
I have a wideband kit from PLX which supplies a supplementry narrowband signal wire for the ECU so that the primary sensor can be eliminated. Which wire in ECU Connector A would that wire be connected to? Also, what should be done with the remaining ground, heater, and heater control wires for that primary sensor?
