on the stock headlight harness which on is low, high, and ground...?

here ya go. now heres how it works. the 12V wires are hot whenever the headlights are either in lo or in hi position. now when you use the lo beam, the 12v is power, and the lo wire is grounded (hi is hot so the hi beam do not work). Now when you switch to hi beam, the hi wire is a ground and the lo wire becomes hot (so the lo beam wont work). this is for the 01-03 civics in the USA. when lights are off, nothing is hot. when lights are on either hi or lo, the 12v is always hot.

couldve always just used a test light
