d17a2 question

I am in the process of putting a d17a2 in a 2001 Civic LX. I have everything rewired for the ex ecu. The EGR control and position wires had to be added, I did the VTEC and VTEC oil pressure, and I also rewired the second O2 sensor. The main issue I have now is to know is if anyone knows of a DIY way of programming the keys for the transponder and also where my best bet is for finding a used ECU for sale.

It isn't my car, I am doing this for a guy that hydrolocked his a1 and the salvage yard screwed up and sent an a2 instead. I decided I would try and make things work. I have done a lot of wiring for 4th, 5th, and 6th gen Civics and thought this would give me a chance to learn a bit about the 7th gens.

I might have to do that. The salvage yard sent an ex ecu to make up for them sending the wrong engine, but the ecu was for an auto EX If they don't make things right with a manual ecu, I will get yours from you.
