the lip Slides onto the lower part of the bumper, i just used the 4 self tapping screws, 2 at each ends. Thats all i did and mines sturdy as hell, and i didnt need any help to hold it, but if you have the extra help then use it! Good luck.

dude its like one of the easiest things to put on your car besides a sticker..lol. all you do is slide it on have someone hold it down so its flush to the bumper(if you have no help like me you just screw one side at a time pulling it as tight as possible) and just screw the sides in and any other supports you need for it.

once you have 3m automotive tape, screws and a screwdriver, you should be able to figure the rest out from there.

i dunno where the thread is but i can tell you all the stuff they gave you is not needed, just two screws on each side and maybe a buddy to help you out. The points to screw in the lip are already factory marked on your car.

the 2 long brackets go under the bumper in front there is a place there where
you will see them about 12 in. apart you will want to put them on because
you dont want it to move when driving and scratch your bumper and it will if you dont... PM me if any probs...have fun
