i just used the factory sealent. technically, headlights will always fog up it depends on the climate. in nevada dry weather nobody has foggy headlight and here in illinois everyone does and all stock cars too. it just finds a way in even if its sealed. maybe you just have them sealed good and there is trapped waper vapor that keeps turning to fog. try taking out the headlight and use a hair dryer to blow inside for a minute on hot. then put it back and see what happens.
