AEM CAI sound?

does anyones intake make a sound when shutting it off your car?

yes mine makes a hissssss sounds almost like a turbo when its done spooling....its cool i love that sound

Hey guys, yea mine makes that hssssing noise too. I love that noise. It does it when i start driving....and when i shut it off. AEM CAI rocks some serious @$$!

What are you guys talking about? If it makes a hissing sound then there is something leaking in your fuel line, take it back to the place where you got it installed...........j/k it's supposed to make that hissing sound when you turn off your ride, I love that sound too.[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

02EXCoupeGuy: There is supposed to be a hissing sound. You just hear it when you shut your car off because the intake is taking its last gasps of air while the rest of the engine is already quieting down from being turned off.

Hey Mokushi, I know it's supposed to sound like that, I was just being sarcastic, read the whole post man. When I turn off my car, I roll down my windows to hear it shut down.
