Is there a Rev Limiter In Park?
2002 Civic Si-G (138,000km)
When I put my car in park or neutral and rev the car, it only goes to 5k max and just just wobbles around that spot. Is that normal? My car is making some weird noises at low rpm like if something is loose or if there's a hole in the exhaust so i tried reving it to find the source. When it reaches 5k, the car feels weird like it wants to shift gears that's why it wobbles at that range. If you don't know, can you please give it a try so I know if there is something wrong or not. Thanks a lot guys.

LOL of course in park the rev limiter is very low!!! There is no reason anyone would need to go past 5k in P, let alone 3k. (over 2 to warm up is fine)
