What's the diff for healights bulbs!!!

I was wondering what was the diff for healight bulbs, the H4 or the HB4(9006) in the hyper whites

Was looking for headlight bulbs and the guy at the store told me that H4 and HB4 are the same??

Would appreciate any help!!!

dont compare HB4 to H4. Compare 9006 to H4

Different cars use different bulb types, for instance some cars use H1, some use HB4/9006, HB3/9003, H7, H4, or H3. Our cars use H4 or also known as 9003 bulbs. Look for those.

The guy is wrong, H4 and HB4 are no the same. HB4 is also known as 9006 and is used in cars like the Accord. HB4 won't even fit in the Civic headlight housing.
