power steering touching alternator?

ok i wont lie no BS here me and my friends found some trays (food trays) from BK and well we went to a empty parking lot and put the trays under the rear wheels and started doing AWD donuts it was SICK! ok now! heres the bad news for some reason my power steering rubber tubing is touching the alternator belt when i turn right O_O and it started cutting it ! it made a huge whole on the tube! i pulled the tube all the way to the left with some zip ties for temp....anyone ever have this problem?

And one more question anyone can answer....my car feels like its gunna turn of and rumbles a lot (this was even before the donuts) while idling and gets bad when i turn on radio lights and other electric things.....im thinknign its my alternator not charging as well as it used to...mileage is 45K anyone got input
