Has anyone here converted there manual windows to power? using an autolocks or ebay kit? If you have got any after pictures? how well did it fit.w hich one did you use? I want to do this with my car this month. any help would be great!!!

rennen thanks.t hat helps. im in the process of redoing my door panels. the reason im asking is becuase I would liek to jsut repair the hole int he door panel if possible rather then cap it.

or does the **** stick to far out?

i have no clue. my car came with power windows so i never got the chance to see how far the **** sticks out.

use spal thas the best kit you can get and its real easy to insatll. it might take someone without experience with electrical work longer. it only took 2 1/2 hrs for my 4 doors. but it also helps thay i work at circuit city.lol

That spal kit looks like a good one... has anyone swaped in OEM power windows though? I'm kind picky about the look of my interior and want it to look like the power windows I put in are original. I'm not too concerned about the extra cost and will probably buy the parts from a wrecker but I am worried about wiring them in.
