Magnetic oil drain plug

Has anyone used a magnetic oil drain plug? I have one on my bike and it gets a small amount of sediment attached to it. Your thoughts and experiences....

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

I can't see it doing a whole lot that a decient oil filter can't do.
