REVO SS remove center console ? HOW?

ok so i got the revo ss, i removed the shift boot, ****, and all the surrounding plastic (or abs) pieces and im down to the center console, i read the DIY and it shows a civic without the storage box, i pulled out so hard i left indents in my fingers.. but no budge from the center console, i wiggled, shook and everything possible still nothing... how do i get the Center Console out of this thing so i can do the revo... if there is anyone in central or nothern nj that could help me out with this in person... im willing to shell out 10 bucks

i have an '03 with an arm rest. when i did mine i got stuck on this part also. at least for my car, there were an extra 2 (or 4, cant remember) screws inside the arm rest compartment that needed to be removed in order for the center console to come out. Its hard to notice because they were under a rubber mat inside the compartment. i did a revo ss with eclips, skunk2 ****. i live by englishtown raceway if you want me to look it over if you're really that stuck...
