are they power or no? if power u may have to mess around with the wire combinations to get them to move correctly( there is a DIY here somewhere on what color wires to hook up, its a little off but u will have most of the wiring done). for the turn signal, some people just ran a wire up to the bulb by the headlight, i found the turnsignal wires under the steering column. just put ur blinker on and poke around with a volt meter till u find out which wire it is. if u still cant find it on the DIY pm me and i will tell u which wire it is on mine when i get back in town( i have an 01 ex coupe)

oh man i just explained this to someone. Okay, first just find the ground and then one at a time hook up each power wire to see which one lights up the led. You can just use a battery for this. Once you know, you can tap the wire to either parking light red wire (going to front corner bulb) to turn on with parking lights, or green wire if you want it to flash with the signal. then hook the ground to the black wire. if you want the led to flash AND stay on with parking, hook one wire to green and the other to red (no ground).

the m3 might also have two led so you can wire it so one color stays on and one just flashes or whatever.
