need gauge cluster help

I'm in the process of retrofitting a 98 integra cluster with leds and it seems the idiot who installed indiglo gauges did so with super glue I was able to carefully peel them off but now there are big spots of glue on he FRONT of the stock gauges. Is there anyway to fix it without ruining the gauge faces even more?

also the "circuit board" seems to be a plastic sheet with some traces in it so can i even solder on it or is the whole thing gonna start burning.

try goo gone, are you replacing with new indiglo guages? don't know about the circuit board. good luck. are you going to run new wires to power your leds or use the stock wiring in the cluster? i would probably run my own wires to power leds.

the plastic circuit board is flex-circuit. it should handle the heat just don't leave
the soldering iron on it too long.

wrong thread sorry
*****speedo needle would still work normally. the kmh or mph marking are just there for reference. whether u interchange the position, it will still run at
1M=1.6Km..

although the odometer will still run as MPH or KPH depending where the cluster came from (if that country uses km or miles for reading distance)
