Have either of you hollowed out or removed your catalytic? That could be one of the problems.
Just my opinion.
Also, remember the amount of maintenance that goes into a car that is using N2O. You need to change your spark plugs frequently, etc. etc.

Well.. How often do you change your oil.. How often you firing NOS,.. for how long at a time?...You may have either Ignition probs (burnt plugs) Or possibly compression loss and blow-by. In which case.. new rings are needed. a Third possibility is that your Jets need re0-adjusting and your fuel ratio needs to be a bit more lean... If you run too rich, you're putting alot of carbon waste in your cylinder which will overtire wear your rings and cylinder walls. Exhaust valves..and clog your Catylitic.
Check your plugs first...if they're really dirty and or pitted... get colder plugs. (any cheap spark plugs will do) Change them every other oil change (at $2 a plug it won't kill you). And lastly.. if that's not the prob.. get your compression checked.
Cheers
