Paint bezel or visor. Does it reflect light ?

Paint bezel or visor. Does it reflect light ?
With bezel or visor I mean the tunnel in your instrument panel. The one with the 2 screws on the top. The one you just need to pull out after you removed the screws [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
I know some members already painted it, but what color is best. I don't mean brand. My other trim pieces are already painted in arctic silver, partially OEM and DIY. I'm a bit worried that a light color (white, arctic silver) reflects the sun/light on your gauges. And how about a shiny dark finish ? Doesn't that reflect also. Since I've got a lot of silver trim already I don't wanna overdo it with more silver. I'm even thinking about using my exterior color (ETB) or some carbon fiber stuff.
