Idling problems with emanage

Can anyone help me find a solution? for some reason my car idles really low, low enough where the car would shut off constantly. I know its emanage, and I told my tuner to run my car rich and take timing off I dont care if I lose power, I just want to run safe so he did as much as he could, as I left the dyno shop, car ran good, as weeks passed by, I get bad idling, could it be the tuner's fault? or could it be the stock ecu trying to fight the emanage settings? I havent tried resettting my ecu yet but Im thinking of doing so, maybe that will help, anyways, is it possible to tune emanage idle without any dynos, af monitors etc?

I dont have emanage, I use tsi kit 2 extra injectors with missing link...I've had a problem, similar to yours...
To cure this I just increased rpms at idle....no my engine never dies right after boost or while worming up, and its idles at about 750..

well yes there is an idle control assuming your throttle body is stock. or you might just have a dirty iac valve so you're not getting enough air in at idle (remember the throttle plate is closed). Air goes through the bypass port through the iac which usually clogs with carbon quite often. its the part on the left of the tb held with screws. just take it apart and clean it first.

No, dont touch trottle cable adjustment, its not very accurate...
I looked up idle adjusment in these forum, I think it was DIY, but I dont remember. Its quite easy...
I tried searching for it for you, but I'm at work and did not have time to find it. As fas as I remember, where the throttle cable meets trottle body, there is a little allen screw that is tied with metric nut, so jut loose them, find your idle ~800rpm or little more and you're all set...

yup there is a screw that the throttle plate lever sits on. if you adjust it the plate will be open and let in more air.

its not recommended to adjust the rpm via that set screw. I suggest that you start with resetting the ECU, and go thru the idle learn procedure
