okay i am thinking of painting the dash trims to silver but i want to try before i buy so to speak i was thinking of getting some clear contact (the book covering stuff and painting it and sticking it onto the dash panel, to try for a while to see if i like it.
but my question is if when i take it off it will leave a sticky residue behind can i take off this sticky without damaging the panel?
if u have any othere sugestions please let me know

another idea, gather pics of people's interiors for their cars

put them as the desktop image on your computer

if you still like seeing it after a while, go ahead and do it!
