I guess I forgot to tell you to tighten up the bolts again. Once they are loose, try and twist the exhaust away from the frame and with pressure on the exhaust, tighten up the bolts. This should keep it away from the rail.

I have the same problem. Only its not just a little rattle. its more like a kNOCK KNOCK under the passanger seat... it only seems to happen when it gets REALLY REALLY HOT out and i turn on the A/C or fan. hasnt happend latley i hope i dont jinkx myself but anyway... thats my situation
