DIY, timing belt / Valve adjustment

Hey guys, my buddy is doing my timing belt right now & he asked me to run home and get a DIY for it, but I have trouble finding it, if u gimmie a link fast I would really appreciate it. He's waiting for me in the garage. Thanks

I posted the link to the DIY for the timing belt in the other thread you asked for it in, and here is the DIY for the valve adjustment. I am going to close this thread since your previous question was answered. And make sure you search next time, they are very easy to find.
