maybe? you gotta measure it. Look up the measurment specs o the tb spacer, then cut a piece of sponge and tape it on your intake. Put some kind of paint or glue on the top of the sponge and close the hood. If it touches, you know it won't fit.
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

does the TB spacer do anyhting other than be a b!tch and make hp worse. its still a D17 so w/o a turbo there isnt much hope.
i had one installed for a while and the car felt much etter at lower revs i got i/h/e high flow cat, short ram though , i removed it after and the car felt much slower so i put it back it really does make a little difference not no big difference though

It will fit with the stock intake. It will also fit with the "Racer Design" intake. I have this setup now. It works better than I expected.

Its probably not seated right and causing some kind of vacuum leak. Theres no way you can install it wrong, u cant flip it over and mount it. Just make sure bolts are tight and gasket is seated right. If there is no gasket, thats where ur problem is. Only other thing i can think of is your idle air control valve is sticking.
