Piston-rod specs

Ok, I need some kind of blueprint or specsheet for the piston-rod in our d17 for a school project...

I making 4 rods for my car on a CNC and I need to draw them first.

Don't worry, the wont go in it but still, I want them to be functionnal.

What specs of the piston-rod assembly do you need. There is alot of info in the manaul like clearance in the cylinder, ring groove wirdth, skirt OD, ring to groove clearance, ring end gap and for the rods, small end bore diameter, large end bore diameter, endplay installed on crank. Let me know exactly what you need and I will post it.

im guessing ID's of both holes and center to center of the holes along with the thickness of the rod? not sure if i have that info but im sure its available somewhere

Yea, its more the dimensions of the rod because i'll just be recreating a stock rod.
What I really would need and don't know if its possible to get, is th drawing for the rod with all the dimensions on it and the tolerances.

well here is all the specs on the rod:

Pin to rod clearance
0.016-0.036mm (0.0006-0.0014in)

Small end bore diameter
18.96-18.98MM (0.0746-0.0747 in)

Large end bore diameter
Normal
48mm (1.89 in)

end play installed on crankshaft
0.15-0.30MM (0.006-0.012 in) service limit: 0.40MM (0.016in)

hope this helps, I have no pics of anything though. Let me know if you need any other specs.

Thanks that helps, and I can still use those drawings if anyone knows where to get them. I,ll show you guys pics when i'm done
