exhaust tips

how do i install an exhaust tip over the stock tip... i have no exhaust system ... everythings stock.. i just like the look so i want a tip.. how would i install this?

Skip both, get stainless steel. I had a chrome tip in the past, and it got old using chrome polish to remove the rust that formed on any little nicks, chips, or whatever. Now, I have a Gibson tip. Full stainless steel. No rust.
