Does the adaptor can damage the cable that is attached to the shifter?
because the adaptor force the cable up.

I think i understand...but i've had my DC sports adapter on for like 3 years now, and still works awesome. So i would say you shoud be fine.

I think they suck, they slowed me down, but wont damage the cable

how'd it slow you down? i also got cap yoda's bushings which i also recommend.

Just couldnt work the clutch fast enough when i was using it. so i went from running my usual 16.1 to running a 16.9 when i added that crap. just like the longer throw i guess?
