Rep Power: 0 im using solo short shift ADAPTER, but theres a new revo short shifter, its not an adapter, its about double the price of the solo adpater, but ppl say it reduce the shift throw around 40%, while the adapter is around 20-25%, also the shift is shorter which feels much better, so i suggest getting revo short shifter

Rep Power: 0 Thanks for the reply. How does the adapter feel, did it improve your et? I am used to the stock throw but I hate it when I occasionally miss a gear trying to make time.

Rep Power: 0 I have the Revo shifter i dont really think it reduces it by 40% id say more like 20 or even lower, but the cool thing is that it is about 1 1/2 inches shorter than stock, its not bad though id recomend it

Rep Power: 0 This might be a dumb question, but can you use both the revo short shifter with the solo adapter. Where can I find more about shifter mods (other than doing a search here)?

Rep Power: 0 umm....u need to practice more, i never miss a gear, yes, i suggest u go with revo, the stick is shorter which feels much much better, and i dont think u can use revo and adapter at the same time, but i might be wrong

Rep Power: 0 and yes, adpater really does work, the throw is more precise, reduced throw about 20-25%, very easy to install, but align it perfectly, i'll post a DIY link when i get home,it will be even better if u get some aftermarket shift ****, short one

Rep Power: 0 has anyone gone from an adapter to the revo short shifter? was there a big difference? i know comparing 25% to 40% can give me an idea, but i wanna find out from someone who has tried both.
