Strobe under car kit

Please help me out... I just happened to come upon a used strobe under car kit from one of my team mates, and I have no idea how to install it. It's not like a standard LED under car kit, each tube connects to the one before it. I understand that part, but there are two wires that stick out of each end of the tubes, one red one black. I have no idea where I am supposed to connect these to, and sadly my team mate doesn't have the instructions. The kit is made by redline/quest and I have looked all over the net for instructions but no luck. If anyone has set up a kit like this or knows where I can find the instructions, please let me know.

Much thanks,

James

all the reds should hook to each other and the blacks to the blacks. And then you should have some type of plug to plug-in to your power converter box(small box made by the light company) and then just ground it out and install the power switch

Im guessing one wire's power and one wires ground.

the above info should work for you, you sure you grounded it properly and hooked up the switch properly?
