Squeaky Rear GroundControl...

Like the title says..my rear passenger GC is squeaking...replace the o-ring in between the sleeve and strut, started again!! Removing the set-up is not exactly cool to do right now...does anybody have any suggestions of things I can do to stop it? I though of silicone or WD-40 what do you guys think? Any input would be awesome!! Thanks in Advance!! -Justin

its not the gc. its your shock. namely the lower bushing in the rear shock that the bolt goes thru. the angle it sits at makes the bushing shift abit in the shock this starts the squeeking sound when you go over bumps. you can fix it by pulling the strut assembly out, then using a socket and a block of wood and a hammer. hammer the bushing until its straight again then grease it and reinstall.
