redline problem on a auto hx
my hx it says the redline is at 7000rpm but it stays at 5000rpm and thats it i was wondering if my car is a 4-speed auto or is there no power getting to 7000rpm this would help out alot

Rep Power: 0 CVT or auto tranny... Still, its the same answer. You're not controlling the gears, so it shifts when it finds best.
Right... It an automatic, in a CVT it doesn't have gears.
