ex head swap
I know people are swapping their heads, and using a VAFCII controller to trigger the vtec. But does anyone know if it is possible to use toe greddy emanage to trigger the vtec? I have a head, and I am just waiting to buy cam, springs, and retainers before I install it.

Yeah, you're right. I've heard of people using throttle body micro switches to activate VTEC.
I tore my EX head down yesterday. In a couple weeks I should be done with everything I'm doing to the head. Then I'll tell everyone for sure whether Emanage will control VTEC or not. I'm pretty positive it will.

I was going to do the same thing with the Emanage but was told it can't b done. They are releasing a newer Emanage soon that was at the Tokyo Auto Show that will do it... I am running Vafc for monitoring and ONLY vtec on/off, and Emanage for fuel & Timing controls.....works for me
