just turn your key to the on postition, but do not start your engin, this way everything zeros out. put your tach and speedo back on, and if you are sure that you engin is cool, put your temp gauge needle back on, drive to a gas station, fill up your tank, and then put your gas gauge needle back on. im not sure how accurate this is, but that's what i've read.

to double check tach, hit redline check if you are limited. For speedo drive beside a friend, or drive by one of those road side radars that post your speed. water temp, well it should be zero as long as you let the car cool down, and once u got it warmed up it should stay around middle ( water temp is not THAT important as long as you are able to tell if you are over heating or not ) and gas, like everyone else said, just keep a close eye on this one since gas guages is off by factory crap gas regulator. Last thing you want to do is run out of gas in rush hour like me. If you need more details on all of this, click on my siggy.
