Windshield Seal Fix?

Windshield Seal Fix?
i got a problem! does anyone have any experience with the windshield seal coming off. mine fell off halfway and i can't seem to get it back in. it has a crevice in the rubber, but i can't get it back on, or at least it won't sty anymore. do i need to glue it? with what? please help!! thanks!
