clicking sound when starting
clicking sound when starting
Didn't drive my car much the last few weeks, and the battery seems to have been drained(can't start, no lights).
Jump started it successfully once, and it idled fine for a few minutes, and the battery seems to have charged a bit.
However, after shutting off the engine and starting it again with the jumper cables still attached, the engine won't turn and all i hear is a rapid clicking sound.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

you need to upgrade to an optima yellowtop group 51 battery if you leave it sitting for a long time. I just got back from a 2 week vacation and the car started up no problem.
