im looken to do a k20 swap with a turbo but how the hell do i pass emissions with a turboed k20

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

With a catalytic converter just like everyone else passes emissions. Just read the law to see what emission levels you can have to pass.

same way rsx's with turbo's pass emissions. What do you think a k20 is something some one made in their basement?
