How do i do this or where do i take it and how much will it cost??

Why would you want to calibrate the spedometer?

Basically you need to goto your dealership or some shop that has a PGM-Tester.

This is the comp that they hook up to our cars to re prog the chip and do diagnostics with.

With the PGM-Tester, you will be able to set your new tire size.

I don't think that will work because the computer is set to a certain tire diameter. You got to change that!
